Summary

When attempted to open a case type from the Case Designer menu, an error occurred and the case type rule does not open. The same rules can be opened from the App Explorer.

1. Create a new Case type.
2. Try to open it from Case Management > Case Designer.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution

Apply HFix-9672.
