Summary

After changing the Locale it_IT (italian), Unable to open the tab information in Data Access reports in report definition.
And same issue in observed in all tabs after Data Access.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the operator locale to it_IT.
2. Go to record explorer.-> Report -> Report definition
3. Select any report and click on data access tab , tab data is not visible and same issue is observed in all preceding tabs.

Root Cause

The issue is because of message label used in the report viewer tab pzReportViewerUserActions, when the locale is it_IT the pyCaption Message field value 
"pyCaption • Message label in report viewer tab" has junk values that might have been used when importing the data. 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Resave the field value "pyCaption • Message label in report viewer tab" in the application ruleset and then give it_IT locale specific content.
