Unable to open an Excel file using the 'List Proposition' button in the Pega Deployment Manager.

The user environment has the following:
  1. OS Version: Windows 10
  2. Excel Version: Excel 2016 32bit

Root Cause



A software use or operation error.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Downgrade Microsoft Office version to 2013.
