Unable to Open the Flow with Pega 7.1.6



User is not able to view the flow, as trying to open the flow results in either a blank screen or a message indicating that the flow is being loaded.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

Not Applicable.

Root Cause

Issue is caused due to the use of special characters in the labels of a flow, which results in the flow not being opened.


Apply HFix-27172, which consists of changes to avoid the characters that are responsible for this behavior.
