Unable to open the remote case on drill down in FCM



User is trying to open the remote case from CS portal from reports on drill down in Federated Case Management (FCM) and the remote case are opening with no assignments and pre-processing error

Error Messages

pre-processing error in getHistoryList failed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create two different applications in FCM.
  2. Running a report definition(pyFCMRFederatedCaseList of Work-Federated ) provided by Pega to get all the remote case available in FCM.
  3.  Try to open the work item from the records.

Root Cause

This is a configuration issue. 


Perform the following Local Change:

Call FCMROpen function of px_fcmr js using run script as a grid action. 
Create work with CPMStartRemoteFlow flow under "PegaCA-Work-RemoteCase" class along with the parameters pxRefObjectClass (for RemoteCaseType) and pxRefObjectKey (for  RemotepzInsKey).
