Unable to open work object attachments

Summary
Users are unable to open work object attachments.
Error Messages
"Temporary work objects do not support this feature"
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the work object.
2. Click the attachment paperclip icon.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment. The work object in question had erroniously been saved with pyTemporaryObject set to "true".
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: Load the work object into the clipboard. There should be a drop-down on the upper-right that will allow you to edit the page value and just change the "true" to "false" for pyTemporaryObject.
