Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules

User has optimized a property CAParentID in one of there lower environment, they have now closed there PegaRules DB to there higher environment (Production), but there they were not seeing the exposed property column the corresponding table and the system was also not allowing them to optimize the property from Property optimization wizard.
When optimizing the property user should also move the DADTs (Data-Admin-DB-Table) rules. These will be PegaDATA DB.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Suggested below work arounds to the user

1. Create a product rule for the DADTs of the classes where the column was missing and import them into production and run the PRPC Utility to populate the column.

2. Or try deleting related entries in pr_changelog table perferrably from designer studio and try optimizie the property for the classes again from optimization wizard.

Please try any of the above steps preferably first step.
