Unable to parse future date using pyAssignmenttimeLimitDeadline

Summary
When submitting a case, unable to parse a future date set in the deadline time property using Pega out-of-the-box pyAssignmenttimeLimitDeadline control.
Error Messages
Problem Parsing Date: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "-2177711995"
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a section to include a date Field with property as Date type and Control on field as DateTime.
- On submission, set this value in a property and display in the assignment Display grid using the pyAssignmenttimeLimitDeadline control.
Root Cause
The pyAssignmentTimeLimitDeadline is a non-auto generated control which was configured to display the date in ‘2 days 5 hours ago’ format.
The pxDateTime control supported this format. The issue occurred when the section was picked from PegaSDCardruleset.
