Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
SurveyDriver flow does not have an option to accept an extra parameter for instructions and to pass that parameter to the three assignment shapes in the flow.
SurveyDriver is not parameterized.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43341.
