Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The grid related code populated the transient parameters. The portal data model used the parameter page with these parameters. When the passivation agent attempted to passivate, non-serializable exception occurred.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Open the pyWorkerPortalContent section.
- Remove the dynamic container layout with the harness.
- Create a new section. Add all the pyWorkerPortalContent configuration to the new section.
- Save the section.
Alternatively, upgrade to Pega 7.3.1 or higher.
