Unable to post Swedish characters through Connect-MQ to IBM MQ.

Summary
Swedish characters display as special characters when posting a message to IBM MQ (Message Queue) using the Connect-MQ. This occurs despite setting the character set to 1208 to enable UTF-8.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an IBM MQ server.
- Test the Connectivity.
- Post the Swedish characters to the queue. Below is a Swedish message:

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
