For example,

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup the JBoss EAP 7.2 server with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for Pega 7.4
  2. Configure the Storage as Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3
  3. Access Pega over https
  4. Create a case type instance and attach a PDF with file name of 2-byte characters (For example, 日本語)
  5. Click the PDF file link

Root Cause

When Japanese (2-byte) characters are present, file names are not encoded when sent to the server. The Content-Disposition header must send the encoded parameters. However, it fails in the JBoss case.

Apply HFix-55738.
