Summary
Unable to provide feedback after executing a test in the Text Extraction Entity Model.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Switch to the Prediction Studio.
- Create a New Text Extraction Model using Machine Learning.
- Click More for the newly Created Text Extraction model from the dashboard.
- Click Test.
- Enter the test data.
- Click Test. Entities are extracted. The Update link which is used to add feedback and Update the Model does not display.
Root Cause
The Update link in the Text Extraction is not available out-of-the-box. The Update link is available only when the NLP Sample application is installed.
Resolution
Install the NLP Sample application.

Use the following local-change to provide feedback:
- Use pxCaptureTaFeedbackActivity to provide feedback.
- Create an additional Excel.
- Mark the Excel with Start and End tags.
- Update the model in the Prediction Studio.
