Unable to receive new and transferred chats despite logging in

Summary



Unable to receive the new chats or the transferred chats after logging in to Pega Chat 7.31.


Error Messages

Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Initiate a chat as an agent
  2. Set the status as Not Available
  3. Re-add the agent to the queues after 30 minutes


Root Cause



Agent was not re-connected after the network disconnected when the user was unavailable.


Resolution

Apply HFix-49286.
