Summary



Client application is failed at the preloader when performing makeDecision() request.


Error Messages



com.kiq.omega.ods.core.AsyncADSInputCacheWorkManagerImpl java.lang.NullPointerException

javax.ejb.EJBException: See nested exception; nested exception is: java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception when instantiating AsyncADSInputCacheWorkManagerImpl -null


Steps to Reproduce



Perform makeDecision() warmup request from the client application.


Root Cause



RTDS_CONFIG_PARAMETER table contains all the entries for column KEY_NAME in capital letters.

Resolution

Correct the key column entries to small letters in RTDS_CONFIG_PARAMETER table.
