Unable to return to the original report view from the drill down report.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition with drill down report and configure this report in the portal
- Launch the portal from Designer studio and ensure that the portal is in single document mode
- Call the report from the portal
- Click the drill down report to view the results
- Click the link to return to the main report
Root Cause
In doUIAction, top level pages are removed until they are on a white-list. pyReportContenPage is not retained, so when doUIAction is called to open the work item, it is removed. Since it is removed, returning to the top-level of the report results in an error.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45686.
