Unable to see header and title in repeating grid

Summary
A header and title are added to a repeating grid in its Presentation tab. However, the header or the title is not visible on clicking OK.

Steps to Reproduce
- Drag a dynamic layout into the section.
- Drag a repeating into the dynamic layout.
- Configure the header and title in the Presentation tab of the repeating grid.
- Click OK.
Root Cause
When the grid is inside a dynamic layout, after opening the grid property panel and configuring the grid to display a header and title, the configuration does not persist on submitting the property panel. This issue is only observed when the grid is inside a dynamic layout.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Do not place the grid inside a dynamic layout. If the grid has to be placed inside the dynamic layout:
- Place it outside the dynamic layout.
- Configure it to show the header and title.
- Save the section.
- Drag the grid back into the dynamic layout.
