Unable to see the workbaskets in CLM



In the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) user portal, Workbaskets Section, the SeeAll link is present.

On click of this link, a pop-up window displays all the Workbaskets names. Once user selects the workbasket and clicks "Submit" button nothing happens in UI.

The intended workbasket is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open CLM User portal.
2. Click on see All link in Workbaskets section. Pop-up displays all the WorkBasket names.
3. Select Workbasket and click Submit
4. Unable to open or display assignments in selected workbasket. No changes seen.

Root Cause

The grid in pyWorkGroupBasketsShowAll section is not configured to refresh KYCUserWorkLists section.
