Unable to select another layout in a layout group in iOS

Summary
Unable to select another layout in a layout group. On clicking Menu, the option collapses. This occurs when using the iOS application.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a layout group, with a minimum of 3 layouts
- Set a layout group as Tab
- Download the Pega Mobile Express application from the iOS App Store
- Render the layout group in a mobile client
- Click the menu to select the next layout in the layout group
Root Cause
The _showHideMenu(elem.parent() function was called twice for the iOS application.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45105.
