Unable to select an answer to a survey question

Summary
Unable to select an answer to a Pega Survey question. When clicking a radio button, the selection does not persist.
The question is configured with the below settings:
- Question type: Radio button matrix
- Question layout: Rich Text
- Question text: foo
- Property type: No Property Mapping
- Radio button header details: 3 lines ("la bel1 / val ue1", "la bel2 / val ue2", "la bel3 / val ue3")
- Radio button row details: 3 lines ("Answer1 / Display value1", "Answer2 / Display value2","Answer3 / Display value3")

Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run Pega Survey
- Select a radio button to answer the question
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The clipboard did not have the values appropriately mapped for the radio question.
Resolution
Apply HFix-44763.
