Unable to select dates from control using Keyboard
Summary
Date Picker control of Pega cannot be effectively used for selecting a date (day, month, year) using the Keyboard. When the user uses the Tab key to set the focus on the Date Picker control and presses the Enter key to view the pop-up to select dates, the Date Picker pop-up does not display.

Root Cause
A software use or operation error. It is expected behaviour for Pega Date Picker control to not display the pop-up to select date on reaching the control by pressing the Tab key and Enter key. The out-of-the-box Date Picker control does not support Accessibility.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change Display mode to Dropdown lists in the Editable settings of the Presentation tab for the DateTime control.
Since most of the visually impaired users navigate through the Keyboard control, selecting a date from a calendar based User Interface (UI) is extremely difficult.
