Unable to select a function alias in declare expression

SA-9096

Summary

In the declare expression rule form, when you try to set reference function against a property in cascaded row, the input field (textbox) disappears.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a declare expression, for example on pyLabel or any other property
  2. Add a condition.
  3. Use the dropdown to select a function alias other than a free form expression.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. In Activity Embed-UserFunction pzPopulateDropdownFBUIParameters there is no logic to fetch class name. The class name should be drived from the top level page if not present on the primary page.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in update release ML7.
