Unable to select July using Calendar widget when locale is FR

Summary
Unable to select July (Juillet) using the Calendar widget when operator is configured with FR locale.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Calendar widget to select a date with the mouse.
- Navigate to Juin (June).
- Click the Next Month (Up arrow). The month does not change to July.
- Select a day. A date in the month of June displays.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The months June and July start with the same three letters (jui) in FR locale (Juin and Juillet). The calendar widget relies on the first three letters of the month to navigate through the months with the Up and Down arrows.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In the DateTime control, use the 'Display month in long format' option.
