Unable to select 'Show Expanded' option after creating a new KYC



Unable to select 'Show Expanded' option after creating a new KYC. The 'Show Expanded' check box only displays while adding a new KYC type.

After creating the KYC,

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new KYC type
  2. Navigate to the Item Definition tab
  3. Add an item
  4. Select the 'Item Group' check box
  5. Select the 'Show Expanded' check box
  6. Enter all the details and click Submit
  7. Update the created KYC itemThe 'Show Expanded' option does not display

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
