Unable to select volume Constraint or refresh the Audience check box when running a distribution test for a campaign. These parameters are hard-coded to False.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a campaign with volume constraints
- Navigate to the Test tab
- Select the Distribution Test. The parameters are hard-coded to False
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45749.
