Summary



Unable to send an attachment with an external assignment through Directed Web Access (DWA).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an external assignment through DWA.
  2. Customize the CreateAndProcessCorr activity by building an attachment Page to attach a file to the DWA mail.
  3. Run the flow. The attachment is missing from the sent email.


Root Cause



Attachments are currently not supported as part of DWA.
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.


Resolution



An enhancement request, FDBK-7826, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
