Unable to set Participant type using PartyAddOperator activity

Summary
Unable to set the Participant type label using the PartyAddOperator activity.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Use the Partyaddoperator actiovity to add an operator as a Participant
- Open the Manager portal. The Participant type is replaced by '--'
Root Cause
PartyAddOperator is not an API.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the addWorkObjectParty activity instead of the PartyAddOperator activity.
