Unable to set source list for Repeating Dynamic Layout in IE11

Summary
Despite setting the source list or group for Repeating Dynamic Layout, the field displays "Source is UNSPECIFIED" after submitting the property dialog. This occurs in Internet Explorer 11.

- Edit a section
- Add a Dynamic Repeating Layout
- Set the source list or group
- Click Submit
