Unable to show conclusion cache page on SMA

Summary
Unable to display conclusion cache screen in the System Management Application (SMA). The application hangs when the link is clicked. One error message is observed in the stdout log file.
Error Messages

com.pega.pegarules.priv.context.InvalidClassInvocationException: Class "com.pega.pegarules.etier.impl.EtierSnoopImpl" could not be instantiated.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to SMA > Advanced > Conclusion Cache.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error:
Wrong PRPC port number was specified in the SMA node configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Correct the port number in the node configuration.
