Unable to start listener due to authentication exception

Summary
Listener fail to start when triggered from the SMA due to "Authentication Fail" exceptions.

Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to start email listener from SMA.
Root Cause
This error is caused by an error in the authentication credentials provided in the listener configuration record.Resolution
Ensure the configured credentials are correct, then start the listener.
