Unable to switch focus between multiple open work objects using the Tab key on the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a tabbed layout with multiple open work objects.
- Tab out of the Search bar to an open work object.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
After exiting the operator ID name, focus moves to the Arrow icon below the name. Using the Enter key, switch between all the open work objects.
