Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in as AreaXAcctManagerxxxx on the customer cloud instance.
2. Click another user's worklist. Drag and drop assignment to some other user's worklist. User observes JavaScript level error.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is that the user Area1AcctManager001 belongs to an access group which has only User4 access role.
With the above access role, User can only perform assignments on his own worklist and hence user can drag and drop to assign to someone other user. But the same user cannot take it back or perform any assignment.
Resolution
Suggested the user to use OOTB access role PegaRULES:WorkMgr4.
With this access role, user is able to create a case and can assign it to other users via drag & drop, since user has the privilege to perform assignments on the workobjects.
