Unable to transfer with interaction after conference



Consult, conference, transfer, transfer with interaction while on consult, and conference call do not work. The options are available, but the selection does not initiate any functionality. The issue occurs when the browser is refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

Perform the following as Agent 1:
  1. Receive a call from a user.
  2. Conference with Agent 2. All three users must be on call.
  3. View the following options in dropdown: Drop, Hangup, Consult, Conference, Warm Transfer, Warm transfer with interaction, and so on.
  4. Select any of the options, for example Warm transfer.
  5. Try Warm transfer with interaction, the transfer reason pop-up appears.
  6. Click Submit.
