Unable to Update AES Node Description

Summary
When attempting to change a node description in Autonomic Event Services (AES) for a monitored node in Designer Studio, the description changes back to the original value after a few minutes.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the node information instance for the monitored node.
- Edit the description.
- Reopen the node information instance a few minutes later.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. The description should be changed on the monitored node itself, not in AES.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
- Go to Designer Studio in the monitored node.
- Go to the records explorer > SysAdmin > System Node.
- Open your node from the list.
- At the top where it says “Edit System Node:” Click the NodeID to the right to edit it.
- Submit the change and AES should pick it up. (A restart of the monitored node may be required).
