Unable to update expand and collapsible icon in container format

Summary



Unable to update the expand and collapsible icons in the container format of the skin. This occurs when adding the UIKit ruleset to the application rulesets.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Add the UIKit application ruleset
  3. Navigate to Skin > Container Formats > Change the expand and collapse icons


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

  1. Change the below code in the webwbpy-icons • css(RS: UI-Kit-7:08-01-01) file:
     

    Current:

     div[class*="layout-outline"] > .Expanded > .header-bar > * > .icon-openclose,
     div[class*="layout-outline"] > .Collapsed > .header-bar > * > .icon-openclose {
      background-image: none;
      width: 28px;
      color: #999;
      font-size: 16px;
    }


    Modified:

    div[class*="layout-outline"] > .Expanded > .header-bar > * > .icon-openclose,
    div[class*="layout-outline"] > .Collapsed > .header-bar > * > .icon-openclose {

      width: 28px;
      color: #999;
      font-size: 16px;
    }

  2. Remove the below lines:

    div[class*="layout-outline"] > .Expanded > .header-bar > * > .icon-openclose::before,
    div[class*="layout-outline"] > .Collapsed > .header-bar > * > .icon-openclose::before,
