Unable to view attachments to Requirements



Files attached to Requirement rule cannot be viewed, or even see that they are attached unless the rule is checked out.

The Add or Edit attachments button is disabled, and there is no access to the attachments. The button is only enabled when the rule is checked out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ruleset or version that allows checkout.
2. Create a Requirement rule.
3. Attach a file.
4. Save the rule, and check the attachment in the Requirement rule.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
