Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the Interaction portal. On the Home tab, unable to scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Create an Interaction and launch any intent. On all the screens, unable to scroll down.
  3. Expand a few sections. The header does not display.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

One of two headers on the screen is to display the Live UI (node_name='pzRuntimeToolsTopBar'), while the other header is for the actual Interaction.

For Pega 7.3, the Live UI header added is of 30px. In the CS portals, the height is calculated without this header. However, when using Pega CS 7.22 on Pega 7.3, the 30px height shifts to the bottom and the content of the harness body also shifts below by 30px. Therefore, the content at the bottom of the page is not visible despite scrolling. Hence, the resizing scripts are adjusted to consider the 30px.

Resolution

  1. Apply HFix-41926.
  2. Ensure 'CPMInteractionPortalWorkAreaWrapper' section includes 'CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea' and 'CPMChatLiveArea'.
