- Open an out-of-the-box rule
- Open the rules on the previous Pega versions
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
For every newer Pega version, the old out-of-the-box rules are skimmed and made available with the newer major versions. Since, a major version contains all the skimmed rules of a lower version, Pega does not maintain the older versions of a rule.
