Unable to view screenshot attachments attached to the WO

Summary



When a user tries to open a screenshot attachment attached to the work object the user gets a pop up asking him to install the plugin PRPC Image Viewer Version 6,1,0,1.


 

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



1. Capture a screen and attach it to the work object.
2. Try and open this attachment from the attachments section of a workobject


Root Cause



The CAB file installed corresponds to the old version of the Image Viewer, whereas the new image viewer is based on SilverLight.

Resolution



Use of Silverlight for Image viewer resolves the issue.
