Unique constraint violations error in ADM

Summary
User was consistently getting ADM errors (unique constraint violations) while updating some of their FACT tables.
Error Messages
ORA-00001: unique constraint (NANBA.PR_DATA_DM_ADMMART_MDL_FACT_PK) violated
Steps to Reproduce
Install Pega DSM and ADM. Perform Decisioning use-case that updates ADM.
Root Cause
There were duplicate ADMSnapshot agents defined.
Resolution
Disabling ADMSnapshot agent defined in the custom ruleset and starting only the out-of-the-box (DecisionEngine) ADMSnapshot agent has helped resolve the issue.
