Unsupported browser error when using DWA and IE

Summary
An External Assignment is setup by leveraging the Direct Web Access (DWA) feature.
When clicking the link from within the External Assignment the user observes error when accessing the system using Internet Explorer 11.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure an External Assignment using the DWA feature. User gets an email with a link.
2. Click DWA link.
Root Cause
Internet Explorer is rendering the website in Compatibility mode.
Resolution
Ensure that Pega 7 sites are not rendered in compatibility mode. Modify Internet Explorer compatibility settings to avoid this issue.
