User is not able to update or create operators in production.
Error Messages
Validation failed: Errors Detected.
Preferences: Validation failed: Errors Detected.
pyWarnDVPropertyPanel: The value pinned for property pyWarnDVPropertyPanel is not defined in the prompt list
pyFormPrefs: Validation failed: Errors Detected.
Steps to Reproduce
Open operator id and do a save on it.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
Local Change: add an entry for "pinned" in user’s private/operator RuleSet for property pyWarnDVPropertyPanel.
