Updated hours & minutes in delegated SLA rules are not saved

In delegated SLA rules what ever the values they are changing in "hh:mm" this field is not getting saved or reflecting.

Steps to Reproduce



Step 1: Delegate any SLA rule to any access group
Step2: Check out rule and do changes in "hh:mm" field.
Step3: check in the rule
Step4: Refresh the rule
Step5: We cannot find our changes in the rule.


Root Cause



Hours and Minutes not getting saved. Changes need to be incorporated in Pega code to parse pyValidateEscalations: pyHoursAndMinutes to get pyHours and pyMinutes
