Updated labels of some case types do not display on new menu



A package is imported to the Staging environment. Changes made to the case type's label or short description do not reflect on the new Menu of the Case Worker portal.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a CaseType as RuleSet 01-01-01 in the Development environment and port it to the Staging environment.
  2. Update CaseType name as RuleSet 01-01-02 and port it to the Staging environment.
  3. Run the Case Worker. View the 'Create Case Menu' on the Staging environment.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When obtaining the flows in GetStartingFlows, the activity does not fetch the latest flow data.
