Updated ques not being reflected in exhibit letter-hfix-30192



As part of Hfix-30192 text for the following two questions is updated but the same is not reflected in Exhibit Letter.
  1. The question text for the Property DateOfListingOnExceptionFile should be changed from “Date of listing on Exception File:” to “Date of listing on Exception File or date token was deactivated:”
  2. The question text for the Property CardStatusAtTimeOfTrans should be changed from “What was the status of the card at the time of the transaction?” to “What was the fraud type based on Issuer investigation?”

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to Dispute Issuer Application
  2. Create Dispute Case on Visa Transaction
  3. Process the Case to Choose Reason Code Screen
  4. Select Reason Code 62 and Submit
  5. Answer all the question in Ancillary Questions Page and Submit
  6. Select Fraud Type and Submit
  7. Submit from Process Chargeback Screen
  8. Click on Attachment and Open Exhibit Letter

Updated text for two questions is not reflected in Exhibit Letter.
