US-111784 Still seeing RC 4802M from Reason Code List

Summary
After installing Pega’s 16.1 compliance package, user's PRPC 5.4 application is still showing the 4802M from Reason code List.
As per the hot fix PDF rules document, two rule changes are specified.
But as per user's analysis, there are no code changes for reason code 4802M (ReasoncodeList HTML and HTML property has 4802 changes only) and also Reason code 4802M instance is not blocked.
Error Messages
Not Applicable. 4802M still available for selection
Steps to Reproduce
On the "Process Work" screen, click on the drop-down options for Reason Code. Reason Code 4802M is being displayed in the list.
Root Cause
4802M is available through Choose a Reason Code (CRC) v6.1 and earlier version. 4802M is available through Reason Code Advisor (RCA) filtered dropdown list PRPC 5.5 and earlier.
Resolution
Apply Hfix-26929
After installing this hotfix, 4802M is no longer available in the list for Choose a Reason (CRC) or Reason Code Advisor (RCA).
