User availability does not display while booking an appointment



User availability does not display while booking an appointment in Sales Automation for Financial Service application. Incorrect alignment of work hours and the availability in the Calendar does not display. This occurs when using the Internet Explorer browser, however, works with the Chrome browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as out-of-the-box SAFSSysAdmin user
  2. Click Appointment on left panel
  3. Click Create Appointment

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Apply HFix-43119.

Note: User should have HFix-39503 already installed in the system.
