User can move to next action without filling in mandatory fields

User can move to next action without filling in mandatory fields.
When there is server side validation present on any fields present in New harness, even if user gives wrong values in those fields, clicking on Create button is not displaying error messages instead creating work objects.

Error Messages

None. It should prevent the user from moving to the next page and show an error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. configure server side validation on some fields in New harness.
2. create an activity with Obj-Validate method for server side validations.
3. configure this Activity as first onclick event and then Add New Work.
5. At run time give some values in New harness such that, it will fail the validations given in the acitivity.
Now observe the bheaviour. PRPC will create new work object instead of displaying error message.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Add activity is moidified in 7.x version such that added first step with Page-Clear-message method.

This issue is resolved through the following local change:

Pega provided one OOTB validate rule named 'OnAdd', which will be called automatically when there is a call to 'Add New Work'
Instead of using separate activity for validations, Developer should include validation conditions in this OnAdd vaildate rule after saving it in their application ruleset.
