User entered text are displayed with "???" in UI and DB

Summary
When user enters European Languages characters for text filed, value is entered into database as ?? and also in UI it looks the same.

Steps to Reproduce
- Enter Polish or any other European language characters in text filed.
- After saving the value into DB, display same values in UI.
Root Cause
Tests show that all Europian language characters are shown properly in clipboard.
But after Obj-Save, the characters are converted to ??? and same is inserted in to DB tables.
It was also observed that if user inserts the same characters by SQL query, it is appearing properly in DB.
Resolution
Apply below setting for SQL Data source configuration to solve the issue:
sendStringParametersAsUnicode=true
