Using property as a section header - title not working

Summary
When using a header type of Fieldset, the property value is not displaying and instead the literal property name is being displayed, while the header type of Collapsible displays the value correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to use a property as the contents of a Fieldset header.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.7.
